workout injury

I have been having problems with my upper body. About a year ago, I was working out and suddenly, a bunch of joints in my body popped. Now, I am noticing discomfort around my neck, upper back, and chest. It all seems to be weak. My neck seems to be higher than usual. I've seen a chiropractor and physical therapist and didn't get the help I needed. What should I do?
